

Developing in built-up areas will inevitably involve some form of protection and management of neighbouring third party assets. Such assets may include existing underground utilities, tunnels, basements, and above ground, existing buildings and other infrastructure (highways, rail, etc).
Each type of asset will have their own set of minimum criteria, review and approval process.
